I was playing Garry`s mod yesterday and I held down something for too long and something happened because now whenever I type a question mark it does this : É

What is going on! Im getting pissed!

Edit: I just went and removed all keyboard langs except english us and that appeared to work... odd...

ctrl + shift does it for me, some are ctrl + alt to toggle through languages.

Oh, sorry I just got windows 7 three days ago and its begun to play its tricks on me...

when that happens you just have to change your keyboard language, usually happens on a glitch with the keyboard languages.

Not usually, if you bump the wrong keys by accident it happens, most just don't now how to fix it, as did I for the longest time.
