I'd like to know what is the Difference between Normal Mode and Advanced Mode which is displayed at the Post Screens.

The normal mode works with popups so that it is easier for unexperienced people to use the editor. Just try to make text bold with normal mode enabled and then with advances mode enabled.

Can you make normal mode the default?
