I recently setup a forum for a friend, and noticed that the time is completely wrong on it. It says right now that the time is 03:38 PM, when in reality, it's 10:27am.
This happens in 1.4 and the 1.6 beta.

If the minutes are out too, contact your host and get them to check the time on the server. If it's X number of hours out it would be a time zone setting, but if the minutes are out, it's the server.
