I want to add a "Cut" button near B I U... but how?

At MYplazaTurbo I want to add an item like "Buy VIP Acces". VIP-s are special users of forum. With 5000 gold, an user cat upgrade to vip.

It is complicated as it uses javascript and other bits of code but there is a tutorial here: http://community.mybb.com/thread-12693-page-1.html

Whether it will work or not I don't know.
