Well on my front page some users cannot view my index for my forum it is just a white page but as soon as they view portal.php they can view all of the site with no issue, any idea how I can fix this?
Find and delete index.html.

The problime that you have 2 indexs in the forum derictory!!!
like "Polarbear541" said delete "index.html or index.htm" you should have only "indix.php" in your Forum derictory
You don't need an index.html in the root folder...

Just delete the index.html or index.htm.

I delete it but then it just goes to another directory's index.php within my root, you can have a look here.

The MyBB directory works fine for me now so I assume this problem has been solved. And we meant the index.html file in the root MyBB directory.
