I am designing a theme, web template and logo selling website. Some Tips and suggestions will be appreciated.

Color blending, some people don't do good with this. Aswell as me lol. Try to make it catchy to the eye as well .

I highly recommend http://kuler.adobe.com/ if you don't have a keen eye on chosing colours. It really helps.

And make sure to validate your markup and CSS afterwards, it's the first step for cross-browser compatibility.

Ye i do use this once in a while

Add jQuery flashieness to you theme; it can make themes alot better.
