What do you think about my new theme?
Looks good, but the navigation i dislike so much :/

Agreed, the rest of the theme looks great though.
You've gone over the top with the header and the dark grey shiny gradient is not the best idea in quantity. But you did make the forum bit alot better overall good work!
I don't agree with everyone else, It looks like a theme designed from a 10 year old photoshop tutorial.
It could possibly have potential, however it looks very rough and childish ATM. Too many gradients.
But not to put you off, with some more effort and time it could be a really nice theme.
Remember, the key to web design is applying detail. Not too much, but not too little. Not gloating things but streamlining them. Etc.
