If you want other languages then please request them. I see no point in having 400 empty forums, and find it better to have a dew active languages.

Who said anything about 400 forums? I guess at least five most popular languages should have their own forum (you know which are the most popular, don't you?). IMHO Java and C/C++ is a must.
There will be forums for HTML/CSS (possibly seperate if they get popular), Java, PHP (and possibly a mysql subforum), C/C#/C++
Then Python, AS3, Xcode, Cocoa/AppleScript, Ruby, Bash, and a variety of others
Remember each forum has a releases, support,snippets and dev forum
So can you add a forum subdomain and park it over? I want to read it at school, but its blocked due to advertising :/?
