Flashy banner. Seeing two together at once sorta hurt my eyes.. :p

Good:

• Nice post count. The forums look really active that way.
  
• Good theme.
  
• Great staff
  

Bad:

• Member activity. You might want to start a posting or referral competition to increase activity.
  
• The tabs. I don't know if you've changed them yet, but a bit of a darker color would go better with the theme.

your forum's theme is basic and shows no customization. banner is tiny and boring. tabs still need to be fixed.

nice post/member counts. lots of content.

keep it up, work on the design aspect. personally, it would hard to keep me staying on a site like that because it is unattractive, but that is because i come from the gfx/design world.
