I made another new forum,
and when I got done installing it. I went to my site and the skin doesnt show its all messed up. I re installed the files and Themes is chmoded. Help I will give staff my forum url.

Is it compatible with your version of MyBB or did you allow it to still upload even though it was for an older version?

No i just installed this forum and its a while skin it doesnt say Mybb on top left like the default theme would say. Should i delete the forums and then re install it?

Literally nothing we can do if you don't give us your URL.
