right well i know i have posted this before but no one has been able to help, im reallly hoping that someone will be able to help me this time around else i have no idea what to do

if i enable guests to view users online with the show online plugin http://mods.mybb.com/view/online-today-1.2.2 enabled, or any similar to it, we have tried a few, the index page will load as a blank white page, all other pages work, but the index wont.

now the other day i uploaded a FRESH copy of online.php and online.lang.php to my server and this fixed the issue for 48 hours, and then it started doing the same thing again, we really need to sort this issue, so does any one please have any ideas?

Could be the plugin, try this one http://mybbhacks.zingaburga.com/showthread.php?tid=266 and see if it does the same thing.

tried that one before same thing, its been an ongoing issue for months we have tried many different plugins all with the same effect

I'm going to try it and see if it happens to me.

i know its not a pluging error because i have tried so many, and have even tried the same ones on another myBB forum and they work fine

it has to be something in my PHP, or something similar, im just not smart enough to figure out what lol

that is because we have it so quests cant veiw users online, if i make it so they can that is when it wont load
