I am facing a very serious problems
some one has uplaoded a threat in my board
but I am unable to delete it
because CHMD permission 777 not possible there
in following root
/forum/upload/201003/post_78_1267791968_ba0035c9ede93a1fe318b7fc87ad884c.attach

this red colour text is that attached virus,
I have tried CHMD permission to 777 but not succeed !!
can any one solve my issue ??

Do you have ssh access? It seems you don't own the file.

Can you explain about ssh access !!
I also talked with my hosting service providers
but they have not solution,

Get another host if you can't delete your files.
Also, don't PM people for support.

SSH is root level acccess to the server, accessed through a program like Putty. It allows you to do things that cannot be done in cPanle, Plesk or other control panels.

If you cannot delete the file, ask your hosting company to do it. I guarantee that they have access to do so, and if they don't either, then they are not a real hosting company.
