We provide both, free and paid plugins and give support for subscribers only.
Subscriptions
In order for users to be able to download some of the plugins we provide, they need to subscribe to our service via PayPal.
You can find more information on the website (there are two subscription plans).

I am there as a subscriber.
Upgraded to MyBB 1.6 and we're now giving away lots of free plugins.
Only subscribers can get support though.
