I got a problem that I found in the last 2 days
Look at the profile when a member watching it:


-and this is how it looks when guests watching it...


Please ignore the language...

Profile Page should be when the guests watching him, the same as it looks when users watching

B.T.W. - By the way, it also happens to other pages such as Help, Members List, Calendar

Because It doesn't seems necessary to resolve the problem

80 % of the screen is white, kinda annoying.
And there's something wrong with permissions.
