If I put something in the index templates it only goes on the main page... How would I do this on the rest of the pages? (I need to edit the body tag)

Put it in the header or footer template.

Otherwise you'll need to add it to all the templates you want it to appear on.

But I need to edit the body tag.

Basically I need to change the body tag and if I change it in index it only work on index Toungue

Yes, as I said, use the search and replace feature. Search for <body>, replace it with whatever you need to replace it with.

Search for it where?

ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Search/Replace.
