So far I've managed to do this to my board but want to incorporate this header.png to the very top and ultimately looks like this.

I'm really a huge n00b when it comes to CSS and all that so I would need specific edits lol. Any help is always appreciated!

Have a look at the .logo CSS and double check the padding-left setting. You wouldn't want any padding on it, i would only recommend padding-bottom on the logo CSS.
