Is it possible to customize the colors on all the menu bars?

I have looked at all the themes available and none have the color scheme I am looking for so I just wanted to see if its possible to just change the colors manually.

Yeah, you can change them in global.css

The existing ones will probably use images so you'll need to replace those images or use solid colours in the CSS.
