i want to create this block for advertisements

pl help how i can do this

Just copy your advertisement code into the forum rules field of your forum settings for the forum you wish for the ads to display in.

i try to do it but not working it just displaying adsense code but not ad

i need the codes who create this block just dark blue strip on top and blue outline so that if i put code ad will display in this box and match with site

You mean you want the ad to show in a table?

need little help more i want to add two ad sense in one row ( just after the first ad on right side ) how to do this
