Beta Testers
Beta Testers are a group of people (doesn't have to be gamers) to search around the forum and think of some suggestions for the forum before Version One releases.
XBL Mod
XBL Mod are basically super moderators. They must have Xbox Live and moderating experience. They just moderate the whole forum to see if there's any rule braking or suspicious actions.
