i need help how i can show similar or related threads below every page of thread or topic

ACP >> Configuration >> Settings

There's a search function there. Search "similar threads" and it will give you all related settings.

hi i enable this option but didn't find similar thread block at bottom

If it's a new forum there might not be any similar threads?

There are settings to define how relevant a thread must be to be displayed.
