Okay seriously. I'm fine with people asking for support. This is what this forum is for. But 98% of your posts are in this forum. First learn some basic web skills. HTML, CSS, how to use FTP, etc. THEN download MyBB and use it.

Dear I have already downloaded and create forum already: i have never used mybb that's why i m asking such questions, it also helpful for new persons also.
second i have running almost 5 websites also that means i have some knowledge of html, css and ftp.

Editing the theme CSS for #content should allow you do what you want, if I understand what you mean correctly.

To put it simply yes it is possible. But, it will rely on your HTML and CSS skills to get it done. I think you'll have to move the header template out of the container and put it above it and then do a decent amount of work.
