I just installed mybb and everything works great, but in the administration control panel there are nothing on the tabs.

There should be Home, Configuration, Forums & Post, Users and Groups, Templates and Styles, Tools and Maintenance on the top gray bar which is missing and the side bar is blank.

when I click on the tabs they do work, but it's like working blind.

Is this something that I have to configure myself? Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure ./inc/languages/english/admin/ is CHMOD to 755 and the files inside are either 644 or 666.

In the mean time while I was waiting for a response I went back and did a reinstall. I did axactly that and changed folders permissions to 666 and 755, everything is good now. Thanks for the help!
