My e-mail is going to peoples spam how do i stop that?
That's up to them I'm pretty sure. You can try changing the admin e-mail so it comes from someone else.

so changing it from
[email protected] to
[email protected] will make it go to a regular folder? Or do i have to change the actual e-mail?
Are you using SMTP or PHP mail??
