Theres thread (closed) in support, http://community.mybb.com/thread-74837.html , Pyridine was first to alert me 3 days ago then he found that thread for me.

Jessie, you have included a comma in your reference URL, so no one can click and see the thread, replace "http://community.mybb.com/thread-74837.html," with "http://community.mybb.com/thread-74837.html".
