Anywhere you want, but make sure it's somewhere your users can see. They'll need to click on it to vote. (You can put it in your templates, or your main site.)

I have forgotten my password, and the reset your password link dont work. I have tried it twice, and both times I didn't recieve the password. Can you reset my password (username: Jon). Thanks.

Someone should remove the phpBB site on there.

tried setting up a new account and my password was sent 1st , second time I havent received the email it yet.

added:2nd email received, so everything seems to be working ok

You might want to somehow automaticly check for, say "Powered By MyBB" on websites. If it's not there, the site is rejected. Or make it clear it's for MyBB sites, in case people can't read the logo, the URL, and the text, and the images...
