The second largest MyBB forum went up for sale at $35K, and your asking $87K for one that has 12 thousand posts?

If your revenue is only 3K per month, you probably won't get more than 36K for it. (12 months of income is usually how much a site is worth).

Hack Forums went for more or less that amount (IIRC), 140K BIN is laughable.

I never use that basis when selling forums. I've sold forums that made $0 for $XXX.

You meet pretty much all rules, but I'm not sure about this one...
