I have no idea where else to post this...Linn might have taken the plunge...?
"MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
144 - Table './forums/mybb_privatemessages' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed
Query:
SELECT COUNT(pmid) AS pms_unread FROM mybb_privatemessages WHERE uid='1201' AND status='0' AND folder='1'
Please contact the MyBB Group for support."
Any response is greatly accepted...!
Cheers
Tom
Go into phpmyadmin and run a repair on the table mybb_privatemessages.
REPAIR TABLE mybb_privatesmessages;
That's the command.

MyBB 1.4 General Support perhaps?
Well, hell NCom...that would have been my first choice too...!
My problem is that I'm only a "user" and my preferred forum has obviously decidied to pack it in...!
I was hoping for some knowledgeable myBB forum members to tell me where to go shout...?
The deal is the Linn.co.uk thing still works but the "http://forums.linn.co.uk/bb/" just shows this ugly petty face..."I don't give shite about you - I don't work" - kind of message...?
Any suggestions would be most welcome - and if no suggestions turn up - I can go to sleep feeling much happier...
Cheers
Tom
Tell them to fix their forums they only need to run a repair command for Mysql in phpmyadmin or even in the admincp of mybb under Tools & Maintenance.
