The topic editor is too large down and right, it overs up the signature thing, where it says " Signature: include your signature. (registered users only) " when making a new post. How can I fix this?

When you refresh the page, does it fix it?

nope, also in apart sky the thread rating images do not show up.
a couple ubbc buttons are below the first row though, That might be the problem.

Perhaps, contact Justin to explain and he'll be able to figure out whether it's his theme or another issue.

I, too, this problem

This is a bug report filed on the development site similar to what this thread describes. If it is indeed the same issue, it will be fixed for the next maintenance release.
