and when it appears that, the accents do not work, or strange characters ... Can you help me?

 is a misinterpretation of UTF-8 BOM, usually caused by editing PHP files with Windows notepad. It breaks PHP files by adding an invisible character at the beginning of the file.
If you don't know which file might be broken, maybe this can help

Yes, I edited many files. Php manually, but that was a long time, till right now what I just left? I think that is not ... anyway use your plugin
