You'd just be wasting your time doing that because if you import the backup you'd be on the exact same database you're running now... do you have any plugins??

When I think about it, i did install plugins, and straight after I installed them the problem happened. I'll uninstall them and see how I go.
EDIT: ok, found the problem, it was the plugin ajax-pm-notification that caused the problem.

I uninstalled it and everything is back to normal.
