Open the copy of ./inc/languages/english/global.lang.php that is uploaded to your server, what's the last few lines?? I just looked at the file and the comma is defined in here. Or, run the File Verification check in the Tools & Maintenance section and see what that says.

Ah, I missed that you had a Dutch language pack installed. Your other language packs need updating too, you can download them here: http://www.mybb.com/downloads/translations

The theme may not be compatible with mybb 1.6.Have you uploaded everything correctly following the wiki page?
