I see following warning when I look one user profile. How I can fix this issue?

Can you replace the member.php file with a fresh copy from the MyBB 1.6 package and see if that would make the error go away?

Yes, but this is fresh copy.

Reset the users birthday in the Mod CP and the issue should go.
