IMO that theme is worth about $5. Maybe $7. The logo doesn't look good, Way too much blue, and way too many drop shadows.
I agree totally with Josh,I think it should be a free theme. I've seen themes better then this, alot, no effence, in the free releases.
Sorry to be a bit raw, but it looks horrific.

Regardless, its still an amateur design I think you'll be spending more time trying to find someone to buy it then the time you spent on it.
The skin of your own site looks a lot better, I think that would be a better sell, however, good luck.
Nobody is going to pay for this. Put a link to your site in the footer, release for free, enjoy the backlinks.
