problem in "user ip log" plugin

Where do you get this error? When installing or using it? What version of MyBB do you have? A link to the plugin would help too.

More information as bubulang asked would be helpful. Also what version of MySQL are you running?

I have attempted to replicate the issue but have been unsuccessful at least on a vanilla MyBB v1.6 install that I used to update the plugin.
