my header image has much better quality than what my forum is showing, I've fitted it perfectly to size.. Could it be some kind of Auto sizing that's messing it up? I'm not sure where to look

use imageshack, it changes nothing. Make sure if you are making the header yourself you dont mess it up while taking it out of photoshop, certain settings will make it look bad.
