I just put a backup and for some reason my members can't register the captcha doesn't show up when you view the image I get this error?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gd_version() (previously declared in /home/teamaxvi/public_html/axvis.net/captcha.php:318) in /home/teamaxvi/public_html/axvis.net/inc/functions.php on line 6006

Any suggestions?

Try reuploading both captcha.php and functions.php. If this problem continues then it may be a problem with GD and your host.

I have never had this problem ever. So I doubt it's my host but I don't have a copy of functions or captcha it's the 1.4 ver.
