I want to have a section where people sell their products and once they make a thread, it is sent to me (the admin) and I must approve it manually after I review the product and confirm I have been paid. I noticed the options "Yes, moderate new threads" and "Yes, moderate posts after they've been edited".

So does this mean each thread will have to be approved by me?
And each reply and thread that is edited will have to be approved by me?

Edits won't be approved. But replies and threads will.

So when they make a thread, I just go to the Moderation Options at the bottom of the page and in the drop down menu either "Approve" or "Delete Thread". I can make a reply, posting my review then approve? Perfect.
