This is the post merge feature; go to ACP > Configuration > type 'merge' in the settings search box.

The advanced quick reply form hasn't been updated to 1.6 yet it seems.

The advanced quick reply plugin works just fine in 1.6, at least for me it does. You can view it in my test 1.6 forum here: http://democomputer.com/demoforum/thread....html#pid2

The plugin I'm using just needs the compatability changed to 16 and can be downloaded here: http://mods.mybb.com/view/advanced-quick-reply-form
