1.6 to send the user to suspend, AdminCP or ModCP property listing to make the plugin?

This is a core feature in 1.6 , goto adminCP >> users & groups >> select user >> select "Moderator Options" Tab >> check the "Suspend Posts" cleckbox

shown in the list of users to suspend plugin?
To view a list of suspended users should be written as a plugin ..

We can choose to block . But in the aggregate do not know who has been blocked.

Moderator record which we can see the user's settings have changed. Not shown but are restricted or banned the user.

We want to be able to see a list of users is restricted.

For Example: Who are restricted: (suspend post) // who is suspend post?
Restrict the user list: ----------- Mod --------- Time
user-a: ------------------------ Moderator-a-----01.01.2010
user-b: ------------------------ Moderator-b-----02.01.2010
user-c: ------------------------ Moderator-a-----03.01.2010
user-d: ------------------------ Moderator-c-----03.01.2010

They want a page that shows all users who have been suspended, similar (Or exactly like) Labrocca's Bans.php plugin.

The properties also have to be for me mybb1.6 ..
