I hope this is the right area to post this, but how can i remove the arrow? - You'll need to refer to the image i have attached.

It's hardcoded in showthread.php and/or inc/functions.php. So you have to modify code.

In showthread.php, build_forum_breadcrumb($fid); instead of build_forum_breadcrumb($fid, array(...)).
