May I ask what are the steps I have to go through in updating from 1.4.13 to 1.6

I am kind of confused on what am I suppose to be doing and etc. So I thought I'd ask before I even try doing this on my own lol

ummm sorry... but I am kinda confused on what it means by this "If upgrading to 1.4 or higher, this step is no longer needed. Please proceed to the next step." Because >.> the version I am upgrading to is 1.6 soooo I'm lost by this >.<

1.6 is higher than 1.4 so you can skip those steps.
