When you add a custom mod thread tool, it asks you if you'd like to add a prefix and on the dropdown menu it has the options of 'No Prefix' and 'No Change'.
Is there any difference between the two? It looks like a minor bug to me.
I think No Prefix will remove any prefix set whereas No Change would keep whatever's there. If no prefix is currently on the thread they'd do the same thing, but if there is one already set, No Prefix would remove it, No Change would keep it.

No prefix will remove any current prefix in use. No change will keep the current prefix.
They both do the same thing only if you have no prefix to begin with.
