ok, last try to get you all to understand. He is being blocked by a web filter. Meaning the company he works for has a web filter that blocks certain content on the web. There are different categories associated to each site. Community, Shopping, Search Engine, Dating would all be different categories. This filter at his job is saying that this persons site is under the category of "none."

This is what they are referring to. If you have no idea what it is then how can you expect to help him. Search engines do the same thing and categorize websites based on what they are. That is why I feel that if he does these things, then it might just help the web filter know his category.

In other words, there is a chance setting meta data will help. But since I have no access to a web filter I could not test it for you.

I'm gonna work on all my meta stuff and hopefully that will fix it. Where do I go to plug in the meta tags, keywords, descriptions, and titles? Templates?

It is not built in. so you need to use either of these. Based on frostchutz the google-seo works extremely well now, though it seems harder to install.

Also, considering these mod authors knew how to build these, you might be able to get ahold of them and ask them if they know anything about how a website category is chosen. They may know quite a bit more than me, since I only have a small past with it.

Maybe you mean directories like http://www.google.com/dirhp http://dmoz.org

That's the only sort of "category for websites" I know of and you can just add your site there.
