a problem in login and time warning for admin

settings "Number of times to allow failed logins = 5 " and settings "Time between failed logins = 15" and "cookie" Was but..in login this problem view :

You have failed to login within the required number of attempts. You must now wait 0h 14m 31s before you can login again

I think I was able to still login to the admin panel. If you want you can go into it and disable this feature to let yourself back in until it is fixed.

What exactly is your problem though? Did you not login 5 times?

No,settings "Number of times to allow failed logins" and "Time between failed logins" and "cookie" is settings set.

But in login for first (first login) this warning :
