Hi guys and dolls,

I have a rather complicated question. For me its complicated anyway.

I want to be able to let a super moderator add and / or verify new users to my forum but -without- letting them use all the features of the adminCP.

Can this be done?

ACP -> Users and Groups -> Left column -> Admin Permissions
