This is very weird, I cant acces my own website / ftp / cPanel with my own IP but when i use a proxy I can just acces my site.
Other people can also acces my site.

ok, thought maby i locked myself out or something since i can acces it with proxy etc lol
If you get connection reset, usually you have been blocked by your server. Contact your host with your ipaddress and they should add you to their whitelist

A hint is that you should avoid forgetting your cPanel (or whatever control panel your host uses) password, because repeated wrong credentials usually bans your IP from the server.
