Ok so I'm not very good with the whole setting up , programming thing.

Im looking to hire someone who is able
1. to install a new skin
2.place advertisements on my board
3.place the logo/banner on my board
4. add new rank icons located here http://www.theadminzone.com/forums/showt...hp?t=63236

Can i ask how much you would charge to do this? Remember these are quite simple jobs for anyone with /any/ knowledge to be able to do.

I'd also like them done As soon as possible
