I tried several custom themes by now, and they all didn't included any kind of reputation buttons. Why is that ? Since the Reputation system is a part of MyBB. And since most theme builders don't add their PSD files from the theme, its really hard to make a fitting extra button for that.
All of the custom themes I've got have the button. Also if you're running 1.6 Make sure you have the 1.6 version of a theme, and not the version made for MyBB 1.4.

Ok, I see it there. Too bad for the theme I am using I don't have a fitting one, and I can't reach the author of the theme.

The majority of the themes already made are for 1.4. Which doesn't have a reputation button.
Because this feature came with 1.6. On 1.4 it was just a simple + and - sign.
