Just realized there's an option on my cloud server to enable a firewall. Below, there are two options:

Enable Basic Firewall (This has boxes to click, which include Cpanel, SSH, ect.)
Enable Advanced Firewall (This allows me to add rules.)

So, should I enable this? If so, which one?

Unfortunately the information provided is pretty limiting. I would contact your host to get more information about them. If they are actual IDS firewalls or just GUIs for iptables/hosts.deny/hosts.allow. I personally only use ConfigServer Firewall on my linux servers based on personal preference.
