Round the corner of the header image in photoshop or GIMP. Works for me every time and is cross-browser supported! 
I could've but that would mean for IE users, that the image would be rounded but not the black border.
Any solution has been fixed, and now time to work on the rest of the site.

http://mybbrunway.com/forums/thread-462.html makes CSS3 works with IE.
I'm not stressing over it. So i am not going to both.
